Tapping Into Uncomfortable Podcast

about Tapping Into Uncomfortable

Tapping Into Uncomfortable is not your average health podcast. Hosted by Reade L. Hubert DC, this show sits boldly in the middle lane of the healthcare freeway—occasionally swerving left or right to pass outdated beliefs, toxic trends, and sacred cows. With a mix of curiosity, candor, and “The Riff,” Dr. Hubert explores the hidden forces shaping our health: the 4Ts—Thoughts, Toxins, Trauma, and Traits.

No gurus. No dogma. Just honest, thought-provoking conversations designed to make you squirm a little and think a lot. If you’re the kind of person who questions the mainstream, embraces nuance, and isn’t afraid to get uncomfortable in the name of growth—welcome to your new favorite podcast.

About the Tapping Into Uncomfortable Podcast

Most health podcasts fall neatly into one of two lanes: the “mainstream echo chamber” or the “woo-woo carnival ride.” Tapping Into Uncomfortable doesn’t stay in either. Hosted by Reade L. Hubert DC, author and chiropractor with a contrarian streak and a relentless curiosity, this podcast takes the middle lane of the healthcare freeway. It’s a little skeptical, a little spiritual, and totally unafraid to question what we’ve been taught about healing, health, and human potential.

We pass the experts, the influencers, and the algorithms with our blinker on and the windows down—shouting The Riff ! as we cruise by.

Here, we talk about the uncomfortable stuff. The stuff most people avoid because it challenges their worldview or pokes at their ego. We explore how the 4Ts—Thoughts, Toxins, Trauma, and Traits—shape not just our bodies, but our beliefs, behaviors, and biology. We break down complex ideas into digestible, sometimes hilarious insights.

And we do it without pretending there’s one right way to heal.

This isn’t a place for blind “following.” If you’re here, you’re not a follower—you’re a thinker. A feeler. A human being trying to navigate the chaos of modern life with your brain intact and your soul still humming.

Whether you’re a health skeptic, a burnt-out practitioner, a curious patient, or just someone who’s tired of one-size-fits-all advice, Tapping Into Uncomfortable offers a different kind of conversation—one that welcomes contradiction, invites questions, and embraces the glorious mess of being human.

“We don’t talk over your head but into it.” Reade
